“ We had such a great time at Slabtown Cider House and Eatery! The service was fantastic from the moment we arrived , friendly, attentive, and super accommodating. The patio was absolutely adorable, with a cozy vibe and live entertainment that really added to the experience. We kicked things off with five cider flights and a 12oz glass to sample even more. Every cider we tried was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor, clearly crafted with care. For food, we started by sharing a pepperoni pizza with added mushrooms. Our waitress went above and beyond by bringing us a side of garlic aioli just because we mentioned loving dipping sauces, such a thoughtful touch! To top it all off, we split the signature double smashed burger and WOW easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The bacon was perfectly crispy, the caramelized onions added great sweetness, and the beef was juicy, flavourful, and clearly fresh. Can’t wait to come back again ,great food, great vibes, and even better service! ”

“ This was our first visit to Slabtown Cider. We just came for drinks but did get a plate of fries to share. Fries were ok. Nothing special. I am normally not a big cider person. Most I have had are too sweet and generally taste the same, but I was surprised by the place! I loved the ciders! They had a really good mix of dry, semi-sweet and sweet options. I tried the Founders Dry, Cherry, Black Current and Ginger. I really loved all four. What I appreciated is that I could taste the specific fruit/flavouring in each. Normally when I have had cider, they all taste like the primary ingredient, apple, even ones that are labelled as having a different fruit as the main tasting note. But these ones delivered on their descriptions. Would definitely return here for the cider again. I would also sample more of the food next time as the items we saw being ordered by other tables looked fantastic. And it’s a lovely drive out to Uxbridge. ”

We were a big group but he managed all of our particular requests, was incredibly accommodating, and had a great energy throughout the night. “ I can't recall how I found out about this place, but I'm glad that I did! It's not too far from home & the atmosphere is just amazing! My friend and I went for dinner before line dancing on a Friday. We arrived at 5:30ish and were able to get a high top table on their patio. They don't take same day reservations & I recommend you make a reservation if you can, as it was already pretty busy at that time of the day. Our server, Alex, was a treat! She asked us if we've been there before, and when we said that it's our first time, she pretty much guaranteed that we would be back. She then proceeded to tell us about their apple orchard where they grow their own apples to make the ciders from. She took our drinks order and we told her that we're ready to order food as well. I ordered the bacon & pickle pizza. I've been wanting to try a pickle pizza forever, so I was happy to see one on the menu. My friend was contemplating on either the octopus starter with a side of sweet potato fries or the salmon entree. Alex had no doubt in her mind when she told my friend that the salmon is really good, so she chose that. Our drinks and food came quickly & everything not only looked good but tasted amazing too! My friend said the salmon was cooked to perfection. I loved my pizza. It was tasty and unique. I also ordered the pepperoni pizza add mushrooms to go for hubby. I got to eat some of that & it was really good as well. My hubby said he prefers the bacon & pickle one better. That is truly a high compliment as he usually doesn't like pizzas with a white sauce. The space at Slabtown has beautiful scenery. There is also an open, grassy massive space next to the patio where families can order food from their food truck & eat at a picnic bench, allowing their kids to run around freely. I can't wait to bring my hubby here! Highly recommended. ”

“ I visited Slabtown and tried the steak pizza — unfortunately, the meat had a bit of a smell that was off-putting. On the bright side, the black currant cider was really nice and smooth. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, definitely worth the visit. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout ”
